Pimento Grill is a privately held, family operated restaurant and caterer. Named after the renowned Pimento spice, the name, “Pimento” was chosen specifically because of its breathtaking aroma, flavoring attributes, and similarities consistent with the succulent dishes presented on the menu.

With an exclusive blend of authentic Jamaican dishes, homemade tropical juices, and a vibrant staff, Pimento Grill is now a staple in Maplewood’s restaurant circuit. This chic and friendly restaurant generates a "irie" vibe, an environment where you can chill and enjoy a flavorful meal - "Come to Jamaica"

Chef Dahina is a natural. What she has done since Pimento Grill opened its door is plain and simple, phenomenal. She has taken her "in-home" cooking skills and in a mere 4 years has proven that food can be prepared in a commercial environment without losing its integrity. Her style pre-dates her years. The result - delectable home style dishes.

90% of the dishes we prepare are "made to order". Certainly, this induces pressure especially when there are multiple orders of this kind. But with the acumen of a veteran she completes each task effortlessly. And she does it day in day out with unparalleled consistency.

Chef Dahina passion is insurmountable. Her aim is to please. So, whether your order is a seafood, vegetarian, meat or poultry dish, you know for sure she's putting her all into it. Straight from the heart and with hands that care.
